Abstract in the designated format (see attached) should be submitted from June 1^st to July 31.

Program committee reviews abstract in view of matching with conference aim, well-suited paper volume, and categorized area to be proper. Person of abstract submission also specifies your preference, oral or poster.
Full paper should be submitted until the end of conference, 18th of December in accordance with the designated format (see attached). J-Stage uploading work is commenced in the earliest possible time after the conference. The papers are publicized to the worldwide journal network as J-Global in without-peer review category.

Poster in the designated format (see attached) is A0 size, which is brought in the exhibition date and pinned in designated place by yourself. In addition, the poster in A4 size must be sent through your my-page to the secretariat office by 5th of December. It is used for findings of own poster place to make easy. Download of poster is infeasible because of copy right issue.

All oral presenters should submit Presentation Paper in PowerPoint until 10th of December to make upload to the conference PC in order for its smooth management.
